•The only idea that comes to mind is to change the activity for some time like start felting or sculpting or anything fun that you don't expect yourself to be perfect or even good at. In art challenges it's possible to draw humanization/furryfication idk of any inanimate object you like, it's fun and can boost your creativity. Also maybe swiping the pallet or the technique can help
