I'm also in Europe, PayPal is the one people use the most and not just artists, it's probably also best the set up a few so Stripe and idk if Venmo works here
Setting it up through ko-fi still requires a transactional means otherwise it's literally just stored there without being available for use and extraction
So while you can avoid PayPal, you still need some way to extract money that will either then send it to the app or your bank account

Ko fi is good but even for that you need to link a PayPal account to it if that makes sense?
