Learning how to paint digitally

I am learning how to paint digitally on CSP and starting from the very basics. Drew this gouache apple. I blended out the texture and kept only a bit of it. I do feel that where the reds and yellows meet at the bottom could be smoother, it looks abrupt. Looking for any critique and suggestions since I am quite new to this style of illustrating and software.Apr 23, 2021
