Anatomy, can always draw a bald person, but floating hair can look weird, but that may be a mood. As for what idk? I like drawing abs lol

both at the same time !! draw a person and give them super long hair thats dropped over them !! then you can practice how hair would fall on a body

oh i recommend you draw some character with flowers, for example holding some and others scattered through the hair, this looks like a good practice for both

That's what I do when I need to practice anatomy draw someone in thier swimsuit and make thier hair short or in a bun just in case you need practice in drawing their back or shoulders
