Of course you can just use it to store your OCs, but there are other sites for that that are more easily accessible (like Refsheet) where you don't need an invite code

I have an account there but I haven't used it in ages lol. The community seems to revolve mostly around adopts and rp, so if you're not interested in any of those it's probably not worth it
