Some crit i have here is:
1. That you’re doing the “eyes high up” thing which makes the forehead look smaller than it is, i understand it’s a stylistic choice but it does make the face look longer than usual.
2. loosely defined left hand + hiding right hand , draw those hands
3. You didnt want to draw the legs but also didn’t let it cut off at the bottom
4. Background is a generic gradient, often adding some simple shapes (something related to the character or something like leaves blowing in the wind) can add content and make it more interesting.
Overall though i think she’s look very cute in this drawing, keep it up
