im a 3b and these really help me
- silk pillowcase (really reduces frizz)
- beanies with silk inside since it's cool out now
- using a 100% cotton t shirt to dry my hair instead of a towel but like don't go ham on your hair, get most of the water out then let the rest dry by itself
penny tovar on YouTube has a whole playlist on curly haircare that might help! i haven't watched all of em yet but they're cool so far

the biggest things that helped me:
1. Wash it the least amount possible that still feels good (everyone is different)
2. When it’s wet after washing it, I just leave it alone. Try not to touch it, def don’t rub it with a towel.

idk so I’ll just say in my experiences
natural as it can get, I used to use this band inspired by food and it made my curls bouncy, shiny, and soft
Now I use Function of beauty, for curly hair, and it’s just been making my hair dry and crispy, frizzy
It always helps to invest time into research
