I like the direction and shading feel. The pose is good too.
The torso feels twisted and pushed back. The line for the cloth covering the bust could be shortened and rotated counterclockwise a little bit to help that. The outline seems ok, but the inner lines don't follow.
Either the head feels too big or the body too small, there may need to be a little adjustment with one of the two. Everything else feels in proportion.
I'm interested to see what colors or other direction you choose for this, good stuff!
