i'm still trying to learn how to use/navigate thru this app and :"D i'm a little sad cuz it seems like that will take a while w how busy i am irl + how slow the app runs (idk, is it my wifi's fault or is it always like this? it's cool tho)

Welcome to Artfol!
Artfol can run slowly & even crash if your wi-fi connection is poor! Sometimes it is actually Artfol’s servers to blame from a sudden influx of traffic or from server maintenance!
Here’s some tips & tricks for Artfol!
* Artfol basically doesn’t have an algorithm, just chronological order!
* I’ve found that the best way to grow on here is interacting with other users (via commenting on posts!)
* Collections (saving posts) & the reshare feature are both currently hidden under the arrow on the lower right of the screen (on art posts!)
* There’s a dark mode! (Go to your profile, tap the 2 lined icon on the upper right, tap App Settings, & at the top of Preferences, there should be Light & Dark Mode options!)
* If you add “question” as a hashtag in the hashtag section to a text post asking folks about something, it’ll appear in the Questions Tab!
* The NSFW filter is for nudity & suggestive art, porn currently isn’t allowed on Artfol due to Appstore rules. It isn’t currently stated, but actual pictures of naked people seem to also not be allowed (that mostly concerns the bots though, lol.)
* The Gore filter is for anything depicting blood (or wounds, probably realistic organs too.)
* The more detailed version of Artfol’s TOS can be found with the link provided, definitely read through it as there’s some important specifications of allowed content in it under the Content Guidelines & stuff! https://blog.artfol.me/agreement
* Sometimes, (usually not very often), a scammer, bot, art thief, art reposter will pop up. Please report these types of accounts so the Artfol team can see something’s going on & can take proper action + they can’t bother other users! (Additionally, feel free to ask with a text post if an account seems suspicious or not!)
* Lastly, additional guides on how Artfol & its features work can be found in the Help Center (go to your profile & tap the 2-lined icon on the upper right) or on the official @/Artfol account!
