This looks very nice. A critique that I could give to you, would be that the face looks a little flat, so perhaps add more layers of shading, and darker shading as well, to help give it more depth. Also, i cant really tell but it seems as though, especially around the nose, its shaded with a darker shade of the same hue, usually what i do for shading, is darken the shade and move the hue slightly towards purple (if you are using a color wheel with yellow/green on the top and purple on the bottom) for example, for a light skin tone like in this picture, I may use a slightly deeper shade of orange to shade, then move to an even deeper shade of red for the darker shadows, and this helps to prevent the shadows from looking "muddy", if that makes any sense. there are parts in the drawing that look like you could be doing this so I may just be telling you something you already know. also maybe you could do the eyebrows out of strokes like you used for the eyelashes, to make them look they're made out of hair, rather than a solid filled in area, but overall it looks very nice. I especially like how detailed the shape of the nose is, the shape is very real to life. Sorry if none of this made sense, but hopefully it was somewhat helpful.
