The god gave the small child a mark, bestowing some of his own power onto the boy. "Your parents helped me a fair amount some time ago, I'm sorry I didn't visit sooner."The two had been traveling a short time, but the boy was already quite attached. It stung but traveling with a god wouldn't be the best thing for him, especially one such as himself. He turned to the grandmaster, a human he saved from an avalanche. "Raise him well."
