Came back at the hotel room yesterday and 2/3 days into my Germany work trip I caught a tonsillitis and a cold 
allergy on top of it.
I don't have any meds so we'll see if I can last some days with home-remedies

I hope it's viral and goes away soon, though, tonsillitis is really painful. Maybe some people around you could give you some medicine to at least make it more bearable. In France, there's always someone who would have something like that in their pocket or bag/purse, mostly for headaches, sore throat, allergies, small but annoying stuff like that.
