Out last Curse of Strahd game was rough.The town guard wrongfully arrested us in the middle of the night, starting a fight in the inn room and ending with three guards dead by Damian’s hand (we did not know they were guards). Once arrested, the captain took our account of the story separately, and in the morning we were released… after Damian’s horns and tail were cut off by the Baron’s personal guard. We were then to talk with the Baron on how to “pay back our debt” for the crimes committed and prove ourselves against Strahd. It was either this or the gallows, but neither option was just.Jan 14, 2022
