Creature Design - The Honey Dog
A prototype of a species I am working on called "Beeine" also nicknamed "The Honey Dog"Beeine are omnivores who hunt small game and have an addiction to honey. They are a pack animal who follow a pair known to be the king and queen. Their pack contains mostly females as the king pushes out any males OR he shows "mercy" by tearing out their "wings".
Males have these appendages-like "wings" at the back of their mane to attraction a mate or use as a display for dominance.
If a male ever succeeded on overthrowing the king (their father), they will also banish the queen though 99% of the time they kill them (their mother).
They are mostly tranquil with any species other than their own or sub species.Feb 21, 2024
