Ohh a unique one.
Ube! Sweetened ube potato. Morw mild than ‘sweet potato’.
Tastes like how flowers smell, still very starchy but in a fluffy way.
I can smell it too :0 smells like copper dust which doesn’t sound so flattering but that’s what ube smells like while cooking
