Everyone else already said it but on your birthday whichever cake you choose will show up next to your username on your birthday. But if you don’t want to, or don’t want others to know your birthday, you can click none. :)

The cake will appear on your birthday! (Or whatever date u set it at)

I think it shows up when it’s your birthday and you get to choose what color it is! :0
