happens to me all the time with anime, like i enjoy the songs in your name more than the songs in weathering with you even though they're by the same band and have the same feel
there's so many songs that i would've never listened to if it weren't for the franchise they're associated with, i think it's just the good vibes of the franchise that rubs off on the song
