(The time Adrià concluded he can hear plants talk.)As Adrià stood motionlessly inside the School's greenhouse, faint chatter floated around him like whispers, waves of sound like no other. It formed words he couldn't mimic, but could understand.
The plants are talking, he would tell you; but would you believe him?
In my mind, I imagined a serious non-chibi art of Adrià surrounded by nature; but when I draw, everything just got semi-chibi'ed. It happens all the time. Anyway, I'm no botanical person, so those are just random plants. The one behind him, the middle of the big potted ones, that's a myrtleberry plant, native to the Old World; but people of The Principality do not know this.Dec 14, 2021
