Can anyone help or give advice on what I should do to help me either develop my style or completely change it? Cause rn I’m definitely not happy with it

I know this is what everyone is saying but Look at your favourite artists!!! It really helps!! If not try out something new like,, a new way to draw the faceline or a new way to draw hair, try not blending shading, maybe even use a diffrent brush!! Its really fun!!<3 hope you find your new artsyle!!
If you're going for a simpler style then u might wanna lay down on the blended shading. If you want it to be more idk sketchy (that's the wrong word but I'm not sure how to explain it) u could try shading with darker tones of the same colour or contrasting colours and not black. Sorry if that sounds rude. Hope you find your artstyle
The development of a personal art style is "a long adventure". When we make something, we're always inspired by something else, and we don't know it because it's an inconscious thing. You have to be conscious and ask yourself what artists you like and why. Then, it's time to study several kind of art styles you like and try to mix them to have your own art style. There's a lot of practice behind a art style but I'm sure you'll find yours! Good luck! ✨💜💜💜
What I've read (and personally done myself when I had an art style crisis) is to look at artists you like or admire and look for stuff in their style that you like and think about why (f.e. eyes, coloring style, lineart, blush or no blush, etc.) Afterwards try to incorporate those in your own style, do it as many times as you need until you get a style you like!
Perhaps looking at your favorite artists' styles could help? Find out what you like about their styles and slowly implement it with yours. That way you can start to know what works best for you!
Don't focus on having an artstyle or limiting yourself to only drawing in one way just so your art looks consistent. Instead focus on doing studies from life, photos and just practicing the fundamentals. And also do studies of your favourite artists (several not just one) and the style will come to you over time.
I know of a channel on youtube called “Ethan Becker” HE HAS A LOT OF VIDEOS ABOUT THIS VERY TOPIC!!
Most of the videos kind of condense or propose that we should look for styles and artists we wish to incorporate into our work and choose one aspect of their style each to mix together! He also proposes things like tracing as a form of practice, BUT NOT FOR FINAL PIECES, moreso as a sort of checker?? To see what mistakes you’ve made in a freeform sketch

SORRY IF THIS IS A LOT, I tend to do that 🤧🤧🤧✨✨ but I hope this was helpful!!
