Scrolling thru Pinterest does it for me
I take a deep breath and let go all of my thoughts and remind myself art is hard for everyone, but also the best way to improve is to let loose and do things you like doing and find new inspirations and accept mistakes as lessons, not failures.
I would just study or try to draw something I have never drawn for Example shoes or I would just try to practice drawing cloth since I am bad at it
Look at your old art or other art that inspires you. Sometimes it’s good to be in a lull where all you’ll do is absorb new things like a sponge that’ll motivate you to draw new stuff and experiment
I usually just wait it out even though it isn't always the best way to go.
I typically kinda 'wait out the storm' and eventually it goes away
Switch mediums! I’ll switch between traditional and digital, or even just go from lineart to lineless.

If the content is what’s stopping you, I take a break and go do other stuff, like play a game or watch a movie or roleplay with OCs. Inspiration is all around us, it just depends on what the brain wants to latch onto
Sometimes I just take a break and wait for inspiration, ill sketch something I'm comfortable with or something totally new. Or, I like to draw something for someone. Cause that will give a theme or overview on a topic then you can play around with it.
I’ve never had that issue but when I’m just bored and don’t really know what to draw I’ll just draw a character from a book series or show I like or do a redraw from a movie, book or multi animator project. Basically fanart.
I usually look at inspo or art vids! Music also helps, but when it's rly bad I just play video games or do other things for a while!
I just try to relax, do my tasks or what i like first and not get stressed because of not being able to draw like the others. I'd also draw some doodles if i feel like it sometimes
The cure for a art block can vary depending on its origin, sometimes it can be just burnout and taking a vacation from drawing to focus on something else can work.

Other times it could be that your perception of what you consider good art has evolved before your style could catch up, so doing some studies of anatomy, perspective and etc could help you break the block faster.

Other thing that could be causing the block is a lack of creative ink in your tank. For that reading or watching stuff that gets me inspired is what works for me.
Switch mediums or just focus on other hobbies and tasks
