[oc] introducing Gill

this is Gill. they're nonbinary and hate the government.
Axle and Gill have a bit of a complicated relationship (Axle's words) and Lawrence would never be nasty to Gill but very obviously doesn't like them.
Gill is Kane's partner but it's an open relationship.

Gill is almost an entire foot shorter than Kane and is significantly less muscular but still kills all the bugs for Kane.
