Have you ever had a job that makes you question your ability and skill in art?

I feel like I can’t the simplest thing right and it’s making me question my whole artistic identity lol 🥲

Yeah...I kinda feel that way when I'm struggling to get the hang of a new style or art "rules" for a new job.
Depends on what it is, if you don’t mind me asking. 👀
Yes, whenever a client sends me a brief on what to draw and when they send feedback, but i power through cause i know I'm improving no matter what. 😁
Student rather than job but YES. Studying games art and constantly questioning why I'm doing it as I get so disappointed by everything I create :'D
I’m a psychology major so it isnt even related to art in the slightest so I definitely have moments why its futile to even continue 😅 but I always remember its what makes me happiest besides psychology and that’s all that matters to me. Mistakes and bumps alongside your improvement is a normal step in the process and you will learn.
Don’t feel like that but yes I completely understand, sometimes I’ve been requested to do something and I’m like ‘I can do this I’m an artist’ and it doesn’t turn out good and I’m like WELPP YOU ARE USELESS 😂
