oh and 1 more final thing go a tad darker on the left side of the egg (the red bit). Sorry I saw this as a bear on a balloon, the balloon was an egg with an eye with legs (the bottom bit) sorry if I interpreted it wrong

As a person who has redrawn this - I did change the eye, I agree with the comment below re neatening up the linework . Apart from that my maing comment is on the green lower part the yellow needs to be blended in a little more itand the light green in the middle part, and on the right leg you need some darker shading on the left hand side. However the light shading on the bear is very good it does look like the sun is shining on him. Possibly add some shadows for the feet and legs on the bear, also adopt the same shapes for the eyes on the bear.

I think making the line art more neat would help. As for the coloring and shading, I think it looks great! You just need to add darker shadows
