Practice
I caught a cold again... but I'm also making a new manga for a competition. I really want to incorporate these kind of "seamless, messy" lines from this practice session into it.I think I first noticed these kind of lines in Bungou Stray Dogs and later also in Jujutsu Kaisen. I really loved their flow and wanted to figure out how to make them myself.
In order to draw these kind of lines your hand has to work fast, you mustn't overthink it, and you must be okay with making a mistake. You almost reach a flow state by drawing like this, it's really liberating (especially if you're a perfectionist).
However, you also need to practice a lot, which is not easy.
