Try using limited time/colours or pre-set colour palettes. The perfectionism part is hard to get rid of but I hope you manage to do it soon!!

•Set yourself a time limit and get onto some random prompt generator. Just loose up, perfection is death, and most ppl won't notice if you cut polishing your artworks by 50%
