Context:
Kuma has the ability to make his victims relax and possibly fall asleep when he makes physical contact long enough.
The chance the victim knows that this is happening is if they notice the butterflies that start to appear before they get too zoned out.
Regardless, he will try to make the victim believe that the butterflies are all in their head. The butterflies can land on things but can only be seen by him and the victim. They are hidden by hidden magic, but they are real.
Nea's advantage is that they can see their body when they are asleep. For a normal person, they may have never even noticed the butterflies if they fall asleep/trust him enough.
Kuma noticed that when Nea is zoned out, they have purple eyes. He says he finds their purple eyes beautiful for reasons other than beautyApr 26, 2024
