Realized I haven’t posted this ref yet that I’m actually kind of proud of. If you’ve read their ref on ig i changed a part so it fits better with the story.

Abandoned in a post apocalyptic world due to her white hair, largely considered a bad omen, they had to learned how to survive.
After catching Kaia going through the trash for scraps, the head Chef of The Murder started leaving food out for her, building up trust and eventually sneaking them into the compound occasionally to have a warm place. One day while she was hanging out in the kitchen, Corvo, the head of The Murder made an unexpected visit.
Captivated by their white hair, they decided she’d make an excellent playmate for their son who had albinism.
Their son didn’t take too kindly to her, however they were forced to tolerate each other as she took classes alongside him.
Although he dominated in most subjects, something which he’d never let her forget, she was far more skilled in combat and would gleefully beat him up.

After the unusual death of Chef, leaving Kaia an orphan once again, she leaves The Murder and tries to start a new life. However her past refuses to leave her, five years later Dove shows up at her doorstep distraught.
On the fifth anniversary of Chef’s death, Corvo is found brutally murdered in an alley, however they weren’t the first. Since Kaia left, Crows have been disappearing and reappearing brutally murdered in alleys.
Over night, Kaia and Dove are thrown into an uneasy truce as they navigate a dangerous world with betrayal at every turn, while trying to figure out who is behind these heinous acts. But will they uncover the truth before they’re next?Apr 11, 2021
