Well if you fine just using android drawing apps then I suggest a Samsung tablet that what I used for a long time before I saved and got a ipad pro 2021 which I highly recommend when you can get one as that like £900 alone but Samsung tablets are like £200 I believe from memory. Another option is a bamboo slate where can draw on the paper directly and connect it to your mobile device and send the sketch to use in a mobile drawing app to colour it ect~
