This anime kinda marks the upper limit of the 90‘s because it actually started airing at the very end of the 90‘s.
I really feel like this is kind of an underdog anime, because a lot of people I asked don’t even know it.
But if I‘d have to choose between Sindbad and Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon, I‘d always choose Sindbad.
