Hmmm... there's Mastodon if you interested, I joined the art instance and it's pretty lively in there. There's no algorithm if you don't mind..

“Good for artists” is really subjective and vague especially upon twitter’s implosion and Instagram’s unfriendly algorithm.
There’s bluesky, threads, and ticktock for mainstream ones. At some point you’ll just have to double down and pick the top 3 or 2 you want to focus on and kill the rest because you can only expand “well” by only so much.
