You could draw the strands of hair just a little closer to the face. This would make the head look narrower. c: I hope this will be helpful to you. ^^

A small advice from someone who struggles a lot with lines: Try to put diversity. Your lines are flat and mostly have the same thickness. It puts a lot more dynamic to the picture if you make certain parts thicker. I tend to just go by feeling with this though~
