My friend (D&D death cult edition)
In my friend's campaign he's DMing for me, the main antagonists are a cult called The Final Cloak, who worship a god of death and void and want to end the world. They're almost always blind, void having filled their eyes and replaced their blood, and the colour slowly drains from them until they're essentially in black and white.
