Where you're out of ideas of what yo draw, where do you get inspiration from?

Pinterest and then I drag them into an app called visref where I created like scraps for a character. If I’m doing fan art like for my powerpuff girls I would try to find stuff on the web of what I think would fit their aesthetic and then drag them into visref to be like a vision board.

I get inspiration from shows I watch or things I read! It usually just sparks an idea in my head and I kinda run with it!

I get inspiration from other artists or I look at anime characters I could to fanart of or fashion collections where I see something striking and I draw it !!

I usually like to watch something Disney/Pixar-y or a horror movie (depending on the vibe I wanna draw

) But if that doesn't work, I usually just go on Instagram or Youtube and try to get inspiration that way

Sometimes I'll scroll through pinterest for a bit. Sometimes it helps to think about my ocs and their story and different interactions between them. I like to look at shows and movies and art that inspire me too some times! It also helps to scroll through this app! There are so many talented people and they make me wanna make more!

I think about my favorite characters, cartoons, and movies from other media and think about how other authors create their art. It helps seeing from a different perspective for inspiration ^_^

“No thoughts, head empty” best playlist I’ve ever listened to on YT. I also listen to “Many thoughts, head full” when i have to hand in art last minute. Finished an assignment i had months for in 3 hours the day it was due
