he/himI shared this on Instagram but I thought I’d put this note here as well, I’ve been thinking a lot lately and I don’t think I enjoy posting anymore, I want to share my art but no matter how hard I work on something it never turns out the way I want it to and it’s very discouraging. I don’t really know what direction my art is headed in and I don’t know what I want. I think for a while I have to take some time to focus on my art style and experiment and explore until I’m able to be happy with what I post no matter how little people like it.
I don’t know how long I won’t be posting, it could be a month it could be a week. But thanks for being patient with my dead art and dead account
And if anyone has any advice on how to get over art block and style block, I’ll happily take it (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)

I'm in the same boat, but I wanted to say that I think your art is rlly lovely and inspiring. The way you draw expressions, especially, is really wonderful. I hope a break helps you enjoy it again!

•I’m feeling exactly the same ! It’s as if everybody else is always doing better and that I’m not doing well enough. I don’t like my art and I feel like nobody likes it because it’s not working, that what I’m doing is just not interesting when some my age are doing perfectly fine with thousands of followers. I start to think my drawings are the problem
