Should I cancel my dentist appointment like the anxious mess that I am or should I go there and get my wisdom teeth extracted + bank account drained 3 days before exams like a responsible adult?

I think you should reschedule it to be after your exams. In fact, it’d be very intelligent of you to do so.
Wisdom teeth removal is a surgery. Usually day 3 after a surgery will be the ABSOLUTE WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE. Your face will likely still be swollen, you’ll probably be drooling blood, you’ll only be able to eat stuff like yogurt & jello so you’ll have very low energy. I literally tried to sleep that 3rd day away because I was in an EXCRUCIATING amount of pain.
There’s no way you’d be able to do your exams if you keep the appointment as it is.
