Fellow ig users, Ive been starting to get "ticket updates" about messages Ive reported as scams, you know the 'we want to partner up and send you items ghost jewelry/glasses/dog toys' its so obviously scam so Ive reported them as scams. Ive done this for a very long time. I get multiple of these messages a week.
Only now ig has started informing me that nothing has been done about the accounts Ive reported as they dont break guidelines. Excuse me? Are the people handling these stupid or something?
Well my real questions are;
1. Could there be consequences for me if I keep reporting these obvious scams as scam since ig is stupid?
2. Is there other option in the reporting page I should use instead
3. Is there a way to not get notifications about my reportings? I really dont need them. They just ruin my day currently.

i actually dont report spam acc unless they tag me in their stories etc, but i report people harrassing me or others.
i got updates to few of them - not all, which is weird but lets be honest: its ig so what did i expect - but in the end all my reports just went downhill and the brushed it off with "its okay"
long story short: according to instagram calling someone a n@zi, telling me to fck off and to suck my dads dck is okay :)
you can re-report them ofc, i did that with one of those example ive prev mentioned, but it had the same outcome.
i dont think it will harm you or your acc, but i accepted that just blocking those accs is easier and does not cost me as much nerves as being told that its fine.
