Based on your previous responses, you want to understand how to colour better in terms of character design.
Here's my top tip: A limited but recognisable colour palette!
Most popular characters you see (E.g. Goku, Luffy, Sailor Moon, etc.) have limited but colour palettes.
For example, Sailor Moon's iconic outfit is red, white and blue with the addition of her bright yellow odango hair;
Whereas Goku's training outfit is orange and blue with the addition of his spiky black hair.
When their colours are put together with their silhouettes, they are instantly recognisable!
So try focusing on limiting the amount of colours you use for characters (Max. 5) and see how you feel about it.
Coolors is a great website that generates thousands of colour palettes that you can save for later reference ♡

Do you mean like picking color palettes? Or doing full renders, like in paintings? For picking color palettes there's a few types of palettes you can actually memorize, the most common one is two complimentary colors for example. For painting, I vaguely remember a few YouTube tutorials about that, but I would have to search for them.
