How do I stop overthinking my art?

I recently realized that one of the reasons I don't draw all the time every day is because I overthink my drawings before I even start them.

Like before I even pick up a pen, I'm already trying to figure out who to draw, what pose to draw them in, what outfit they're in, what their facial expression is, how or if I should color the drawing, etc...

(The pose one more so than the others, I struggle with poses a lot, it's very hard for me to come up with poses that aren't just someone making a peace sign.)

Sometimes I overthink it so much that I end up not drawing anything at all.

If anyone has any tips on how to get over this lmk

Maybe try to think about what you want to character to convey? If it's shy and quiet look for references like that , to better visualize HOW coy you want your character to seem. Same with facial expressions.

That's what I do when I struggle with posing. Everything else I'm not so sure . Usually I personally just get an idea and try to figure out how to spit it on paper. (Like that meme of someone just taking the image from their literally brain head and slapping it on paper)
