Hi everybody! I'm curious. What are your plans with your art and your account here? Do you want to grow a business? Are you just offering commissions and want to see where this leads you? Or are you here for the fun and the community?

For me it was clear from the beginning that I want to earn my money with something creative but not with my art. I didn't want to put pressure on what I love because I was afraid it would ruin it for me. So I learned 3d art which I also started to love
So much about plans...
Artfol is my safe space where I can post different art on different levels and even experiments without pressure. That's only possible because the community here is so kind and supportive. And I just want to see where it will lead me when I can explore my creativity so freely.Nov 16, 2022

I'm here because of the community basically ^^ it's not about how many likes I get, many people are disappointed because of that right away. I've found such cool people on here. Also I feel like I can post things on here that I wouldn't post on instagram because nobody here knows me in real life

•I started this app because it looked interesting and also with how Instagram was going, I wanted to find a platform where I could just post my art (and things I enjoy) without fighting the algorithm and just have nice people to be around.
Right now, I do want to grow my account and share not only my art, but projects I want to pursue too!
I wanna have fun as well and share things that I am working on like projects, videos I have/want to create(ed), make small clay models too as my small business and sell(which I hopefully can make money from so I can save up and help my family), talk about many things, communicate with people and have a great time!

I want a small art business, like commissions; but I am not worried about that much right now cause I gotta get better first LOL. So for now it’s just a place to share my art whenever I draw something. But not I’m super busy with school so

•While I do wanna grow my small art business, but not on Artfol. It is a friendly and lovely place to be, but the audience is just way too young to offer commissions and prints, aka business things. So I rather keep it as my fun art posting site, sharing more of my sketches here than anywhere else (besides Discord) and I just babble about random art things :3

•I love the tight knit community of Artfol. I just want to share my art, improve my skills and make friends c: I've been planning a webcomic for the longest time so I'm hoping to share that someday.

•Never really had a plan for my art. The reason I joined in the first place was to get myself to interact with people and post stuff. I am very shy in person and this is partly a way for me to get over it. I currently don't really have social media accounts, and seeing other peoples art and how they grow is pretty cool.

As for art I love drawing as a hobby but I also make a good bit of extra cash from it. I tend to use the commission money to supplement my income and buy things for my dnd addiction.

•I'm just trying grow here for now. I'm definitely planning to earn money with my art, but commissions is not the kind of way I want that to happen. I am planning to make webcomics and probably submit that on webtoon and hopefully earn from that, other than that perhaps I'll try selling some wallpapers and such, since I like making illustrations too. For now, I'm not in a hurry. I'm definitely making that webcomic happen, but other than that, I'll see where Artfol takes me :))

•I'm new here and I've heard about this app through Tumblr. It seemed like the exact kind of app I was looking for in order to gather some experience, inspiration and maybe exposure. It's only been a day, but everything seems so lovely in here, I'm so looking forward to being blown away and inspired by this community!
