Mermay Day 1 - Cod Grian

I'm gonna try and do a watered down version of Mermay. These are my rules:

1. Only sketch, no lineart!
2. Aim to get it done in one hour
3. No prompts

The point of this is to get it done quickly without worrying too much.
Maybe this way I can actually draw a mermaid each day.

Now, this one I did in an hour and a half, but that's still several hours quicker than usual.
