Genuine question!
Why is describing a person's skin as coffee colored or mocha colored considered racist to a lot of readers?
And I'm black, so don't you dare "Ask a POC" me.
Do you find it racist to describe a darker skin person as "(food/coffee) colored."???May 22, 2025

I don't know why people care about race colour, I mean, there's no such thing as a white person (unless albino which is you know rare), every skin colour is just a darker or lighter shade of brown. Also I don't really know much about those terms
