Very small vent because i havent been on here for a while....
My friend I getting a lot of hate because her oc/sona is intersex(hermaphrodite)... Like a lot. She has received death threats and shit from trans(FTM from what i know) and other members of the LGBTQ+ community.
But, of course, it isnt sexist or hate-speech because people like that(intersex) don't exist, right? I'm fucking livid. The hate she is receiving just from having a character with both genitalia makes me want to disconnect from the community(Because literally everyone giving her these threats and bullying her are members). Her character was even r'd while she was offline(they had sex with her character while she was offline and had RP'd like the character was asleep, it was very much r') And she has been neglected and banned from various places from.... Owning a fucking character.
The list goes on about what she has had to go through and I am fuming.

Learning about this kind of crap happening, and from the lgbt+ community, is downright repulsive. Don’t they feel any shame at all over what they’ve said and done?

What the actual heck. That behavior towards her and her character is so wrong and disgusting. I can't even comprehend why those ppl would think saying and doing such things would be okay. I see absolutely nothing wrong with being intersex and it baffles me that other ppl would. I am so sorry this is all happening, I hope she finds a safe space soon for her and her character (even though she deserves to feel save everywhere) ppl are cruel

•Sounds like you and your friend need to hang around different people. This isn't an issue I've personally seen, even with a broad spectrum of diverse characters. If you're getting death threats, you're posting your work around immature people.
