Valerie Clampton, PR woman for The Simmons Institute! The Institute offers a safe environment for superpowered people to train and live. The Simmons family have been doing this for a long time since before superpowered people became public knowledge; the public assumes that the Simmons family is being philanthropic towards superhumans to help them adjust, not realizing that they have those who would be considered superheroes in the family.Valerie's father and grandfather were well-known supervillains, and despite her past, she wanted to turn over a new leaf for the Clampton name and help the heroes out instead of being at odds with them. This proved difficult since people assumed she was acting as a double agent at organizations for superhumans and barred her from employment; The Simmons Institute offered her a position regardless of her family background, and she happily accepted.Oct 24, 2024
