I've tried a different shading technique because I feel that cell shading isn't the style I would like in my illustrations.(Ignore the canvas being darker around the edges lol)
For the hair I used one shade tone and one light tone.
For the face I used 3 shade tones I believe and one light. And I also used an image of planes of the face as a guide.
I use medibang paint so brush selection is minimal and so I used blur to "smooth/blend" out the shading haha
And I can't find any tutorials that is of any use for the style I have...
I don't normally shade like this, and I'm incredibly rusty so please be gentle, any kind pointers is appreciated!

Looking cool, but don't blend too much! Like, when ur using lines it goes for cell shade and for soft shade shades and values are important! So when ur shading soft use bigger brush size! Image of only planes doesn't actually help to cover all! Try using multiple reference! You can start studying some reference to Learn more about soft shading!
