I'm not the best at art either and I definitely don't try to be realistic so I might not be of much help but, is the whole thing glowing, if yes keep it how it is, if no try to make its tentacles fade darker. With the bubbles try to add a pink reflection sense it's glow is strong some of the bubbles would have pink. Other then that I think this is really good
