I remembered I need to do some small changes in the info dump post about Rita, these changes mostly add some info and a modification of what happened to Rita's father. (This last change is due to some revelations we got from the 2.7 quest Perilous trails and of course when the chasm was finally introduced and added into the game). I will mark with a 
the points that were changed and added.
She's the only daughter of the current owner of a small hit successful business focused on decorations and such. Sounds very simple, but boy do people always go there to get some stuff for important events like the Lantern rite (they sometimes help the funeral parlor by providing them of some object and decos they need for the funerals)
Her father was part of the Milileth, but after a terrible turn of events that took place within the chasm underground area he passed away. Another member of the Milileth gave Rita and her mother the news of the latter's passing. But since they never found and retrieved the body, Rita believes her father must still be alive, trying to get back home...
Her father's family had always shown a big devotion towards Rex Lapis, it is no surprise that the same happened to Rita and all thanks to the stories her father used to tell her, though some of them are very specific, as if he was there or knew the archon personally....
The tattoo on her left arm is meant to resemble Rex Lapis.
She's very responsible, which is a good thing as one day she will be in charge of the family business.
Has three cousins, two aunts and two uncles (there were three but one passed away a long time ago).
All of them live under the same roof since it was a bit hard for her aunts and uncles to find an affordable home. It can get chaotic at times.
The main room where the entrance of the house is, serves as the place of the shop, if you go to the back you'll find the rest of the house where all of them live. Rita's room is on the second floor.
Despite having a Geo vision, Rita doesn't use it a lot, as she doesn't want to be too dependent on it,but when she becomes a priestess she learns how to use it properly.
Has a pretty singinging voice, she actually sings outside of Third-round knockout every once in a while just for her self-enjoyment and get some extra mora. Whenever she does this the restaurant is usually sorrounded with a big crowd.
Rita had an awful experience with her last relationship (the guys cheated on her and didn't even broke up with her through a letter after he ran away to Fontaine with his new gf) and due to it she has sworn to never fall in love with someone ever again.
Has rejected so many guys that she has earned the title of a literal heartbreaker 
.
The moment she realized she was beginning to fall in love with Zhongli (do not question my weird ships-) , she has a hard time accepting her own feelings.
She's known Elina since they were 5 yrs old.
The reason she's Liyue's priestess nowadays is because her ancestors (from her father's side) agreed to a contract with the Geo archon thousands of years ago, where their family bloodline would be the ones to fulfill the duty of priests for many generations, as they have proven countless times that they would do anything to protect Liyue. None of the following generations have shown any discomfort with it, they actually take on to the mantle with no objections.
Spoilers: Rita's father is actually dead, he did try getting back home but never managed to escape the chasm underground area.
When she finally accepts her feelings and tries to confess to Zhongli, her attempt always fail or are interrupted-
Whenever she or Zhongli experience pain, the other will feel it, this is due to the strong bond between an archon and their priest. This bond is of big help as they can easily tell when the other is in danger.
The bond also can be used to call the other when needed, but if located in spaces that are super chaotic (like the "palace" in the Perilous trails quest) the communication channel won't work.Oct 29, 2022
