I want to do more YouTube videos, but i have no idea of what to do… like i often talk about the same things, i already have a serie going on but i would like to maybe start another one or just to find another concept/a subject to deal with, idk

I would say, do what you like. The best youtubers are just true to themselves making what they enjoy.

From the videos you have, it seems you do a lot of voice over SpeedPaints.
I don't watch YouTube videos often, funny enough, but whenever I do, it's usually Sinix Designs rambling about life in general and art fundamentals or his paint over pals, or Challagundla's videos, or Saito Naoki's videos.
What all three of them have in common is they take art submitted by their followers or patreons and they draw over it while explaining the art fundamentals in their own fun way.
Sinix has a nervous, anxious personality. Challa sounds fed up with life. And Naoki San is extremely energetic and positive.
So let your personality come through. Maybe you can do speed paints of your old art while waiting for people to submit their art. I think some people on Artfol would love to have their art redrawn.
