PouvwaPouvwa is the most powerful being in the universes. She has the ability to alter reality without limit, she can bring people back to life, turn the strongest into the weakest, among other things, and all effortlessly. She is not a supervillain but is so hated that is not considered a hero either. She spends all the time hiding in a secret location created by her, and comes out only for very important events, such as an alien attack on earth, or an imminent collision of two universes, but only to help the heroes a little and, being able to just correct everything with a move, she does it in the "hard way". As much as whenever she is in a battle, her team wins, everyone hates her because she could create world peace, end crime, eliminate diseases, avoid thousands of deaths due to villains, heal wounded heroes and thousands of other things, and instead she just watches everything in silence. No one understands why she just watch everything and doesn't change things. However no person dares to face it as they fear being eliminated from existence itself if they do so (the first time the world knew about her a hero face it but end up dying, it was an accident but no one believed her)
