I keep waking up every hour due to nightmares and fall asleep every 3 hours. (Hence this post at 5am) :( As far as the panic attacks went, i listened to music and did breathing exercises to calm down, i was able to.Aug 4, 2021

That’s good I am glad you were able to calm down. I had a time kind of like that. I was home alone with my little sister and she is still pretty young and she was freaking out because my mom worked 30 mins away from home and she wanted her. We couldn’t call her because she was working. So I started to have a panic attack because I didn’t what to do. But they five times during lunch and then everything was fine.
I’ve been in the same place:( the only thing I noticed is that when I’m less stressed stuff gets easier. Try drinking (or eating idk how English works sry) some pills to sleep or for headaches, also sleeping in a completely dark place with no noise (except a white noise like the air conditioner or a fan) and put some perfume u like, light a candle or just something that smells nice. Grab ur softest pillow and ur fluffiest sheet. Also set an alarm clock to wake up.. I used to have it at 7am but 8am is less heavy to wake up ( o~o*)
