What helped me is I don’t draw or paint in on sitting I started to spread my art sessions over a few days gives me time to appreciate my art work and change whatever I don’t like. And if I don’t like it I don’t post it. Don’t feel pressured to have to post. If your trying to grow your art biz you don’t have to have a big following to do so. Sorry for rambling on I just want to encourage you
